Si no indicas una tarea por defecto, Nexor usa la tarea más antigua del agente, dentro de candidate_workflow_ids cuando esa lista está definida.
La tarea por defecto debe ser una de las tareas del agente. Puede estar en pausa.

Decidir cuándo el agente pregunta primero

`confidence_threshold`	`0.75`	Desde esta confianza de la IA, la conversación va directo a la tarea.
`clarify_threshold`	`0.55`	Entre este valor y `confidence_threshold`, el agente le hace al lead una pregunta de aclaración en WhatsApp y en el chat web. Por debajo, responde la tarea por defecto. No puede ser mayor que `confidence_threshold`.
`ambiguity_margin`	`0.25`	Cuando dos tareas quedan dentro de este margen, el agente pregunta primero. `0` lo desactiva.
`max_profiling_turns`	`3`	Cantidad máxima de preguntas, de 1 a 5. Después usa la tarea que mejor encaja o la tarea por defecto.

Desactivar el enrutador

Tasks the router may choose from. null means every task of the agent.

ai_enabled

When true, the AI reads the lead's first message and picks the task that fits best. It runs only when no earlier step decided and more than one task is available.

confidence_threshold

number

Minimum AI confidence to send the conversation straight to a task. Default 0.75.

Below confidence_threshold but at or above this value, the agent asks the lead a clarifying question instead of guessing (WhatsApp and web chat). Below it, the conversation goes to the default task. Must not be greater than confidence_threshold. null restores the default (0.55).

ambiguity_margin

When a second task scores within this margin of the best one, the agent asks a clarifying question while questions remain. 0 turns this off. Default 0.25.

A lead who writes again within this many hours goes back to the task chosen last time. null turns this off.

Maximum clarifying questions before the conversation goes to the best match or the default task. Default 3.

AI model size used to pick the task: haiku (faster, default) or sonnet (more capable).
