Where they come from
The Test badge also marks sandbox test records.
Where it shows up and where it does not
Search only finds what the view shows. With the filter off, searching a Playground lead by name ends in No leads match these filters, even though the record exists.
The Show test filter is saved in the current browser for this account. Another teammate, or another device, sees it off.
How long they last
Playground leads that never received a message or a call are deleted automatically three days after their last update. Those with a conversation are kept: they are the account’s test history. From the Playground, Delete test removes the current record right away.If you search for a lead and it is not there
1
Turn on Show test
Open Leads → Filters and turn on Show test. If the lead appears with the Test badge, it came from the Playground: it is not a real lead and it is not lost.
2
Check where you are looking
Leads searches across every Agent. The pipeline shows a single Agent, so a lead enrolled in another Agent does not appear there.
3
If it was a real lead, write to support
A real lead that disappeared from Leads with the filter on is not a test case. Share the lead link or the exact name and since when it has been missing.
