Apply tags to a lead
Open a lead and use the Tags section in its details. You can select an existing tag or create one without leaving the lead. To find tagged leads later, open Leads → Filters → Tags and select the tag. Tags are workspace labels, so the same tag can be used across several Agents.A tag complements the pipeline. Use a stage for the lead’s current process state and a tag for an additional category that can remain useful across stages.
Change a tag
Editing a tag’s name, description, or color updates the shared tag. Leads that already use it keep the tag under the updated definition. The selected color is saved for the shared tag and shown in lead details and the pipeline after reload. Editing only the color preserves its name, description and lead assignments. Renaming keeps its existing identifier; clearing the description does not delete the tag. For several selected tags, choose a color once and wait for the result. If some updates fail, the message reports how many were saved and keeps failed tags selected so you can retry. An error is not a confirmation of saving. Tags without an explicitly saved color use a default based on their name. Renaming such a tag can change its default color; choose a color explicitly to keep it fixed. You can also ask Nexor AI or a connected MCP assistant to list tags and change a specific tag’s color. The tools arelist_tags and set_tag. Color support requires the updated MCP and API. The assistant should read the tag again after saving to verify the requested value.
