Google Calendar and the weekly availability schedule are separate. After connecting, review Calendars and availability before the host accepts bookings.
Who can connect
The Connect your calendar button is available to workspace Owners, Admins, and Members who host meetings. A Member sees that page as My Calendar. The button connects the Google account of the signed-in user. It does not connect a teammate’s account on their behalf.Connect Google Calendar
1
Open Meetings
Open Meetings, or My Calendar if you are a Member.
2
Choose Google
Click Connect your calendar, then choose Google.
3
Approve access
On Google’s consent screen, sign in to the account the host uses for meetings. Keep calendar access enabled and approve the request.
4
Return to Nexor
Google redirects you back to Nexor. When the connection is active, open My Availability to review the weekly schedule and timezone.
What the connection allows
Nexor requests access to calendar events and the email address associated with the Google account. It also requests offline access so it can renew a short-lived access token. When the workspace uses the host’s personal calendar for bookings, Nexor routes Google meeting creation to that connection. Nexor can also request changes to or deletion of the Google event it created when the Nexor meeting is rescheduled or canceled.Check or remove the connection
When Google is active, open My Availability to see Google, the connected email when available, and Connected since with the connection date. If Google access expires or is revoked, Nexor no longer treats that connection as active. Repeat the Google authorization flow; when no other calendar is recognized, Meetings shows Connect your calendar again. The current Meetings and My Availability screens do not offer a self-service disconnect action. Contact Nexor Support to remove Google or switch to Outlook, and identify the Nexor workspaces that should be affected. Do not assume the removal applies to every account; its scope depends on the removal path used. Google events already created by Nexor remain in the calendar after the connection is removed. Because Nexor can no longer use that connection for later changes, review upcoming events and cancel or reschedule them before requesting the disconnect when possible.Use Google Meet
Set the meeting type’s video provider to Google Meet and make sure every eligible host has an active Google connection. A host with Outlook does not match a meeting type configured for Google Meet. The weekly schedule still controls which days and hours can be offered. Connecting Google does not create or confirm those hours.Troubleshooting
Outlook is already connected
Only one personal provider can be active at a time. Nexor shows: Outlook Calendar is already connected. Disconnect Outlook before connecting Google. The screen describes the required state but does not currently expose a disconnect action. Contact Nexor Support, then start the Google flow again.Calendar permission was not granted
Start the connection again and keep calendar access enabled on Google’s consent screen. Nexor does not activate a new connection without calendar-event permission. The authorization expired or was already used
Return to Meetings, click Connect your calendar, and create a new authorization request. Each request lasts 10 minutes and can be completed only once.Nexor asks you to reconnect
The Google grant may have expired or been revoked. Start the Google connection again from Meetings and approve calendar access. No times are offered after connecting
Open My Availability and confirm that at least one day has an active time range, the timezone is correct, and the host is assigned to the meeting type.Set calendar availability
Configure weekly hours, time off, and the host’s timezone.
