A conversion type defines the business result you want to measure. A conversion event records that one lead reached that result, with a date and amount. Conversions do not have a permanent sidebar item. Press Command + K or Control + K and search for Conversions, follow a conversion-setup action from Summary, or open Conversions directly.

Review the conversion list

The list shows each type’s name, category, scope, event count, and total amount. Filter it by:
  • Category: Intermediary or Final
  • Scope: Global, Group, or Agent
Open a row to see its events and totals. The detail page supports the same date-range choices used by other analytics views.

Create a conversion type

1

Name the result

Enter a required name and an optional description. Choose Intermediary for a step on the way to the final result, or Final for the completed business outcome.
2

Choose the currency

The selected currency determines how amounts for this type are displayed and totaled.
3

Choose the scope

Use No scope (global) for the whole workspace, Agent for one Agent, or Group for one Agent group.
4

Add event fields

Add optional text or number fields when every recorded event needs extra structured information.
5

Configure On Conversion

Optionally choose a destination Agent and one of its stages. Recording this conversion then moves the lead to that destination.
6

Save

Review the scope and destination before saving. They decide where the type appears and whether recording it changes the lead’s Agent.
On Conversion is an operational action, not just reporting. If configured, adding an event can transfer the lead to another Agent and stage.

Record an event

Open a conversion type and choose Add conversion. Select a lead, enter an amount greater than zero, and choose the conversion date. Complete any custom fields and add optional notes. The detail page then shows the event, amount, date, lead, and any configured fields. It also summarizes the event count and total amount for the selected date range.

Edit or delete data

You can edit the conversion type from its form. Deleting an individual event permanently removes that recorded result. Deleting a conversion type permanently deletes the type and all of its events. Confirm that you no longer need the history before continuing.
