Use Pipeline to monitor and open leads. Use Settings to define, reorder, or remove stages. See Agent settings for the stage builder.
Use the Agent header
The header stays available across the Agent workspace:
The options shown depend on the signed-in role, the Agent type, and whether the Agent’s ownership is locked.
Running and paused
The header says Running only when the Agent is active and not paused. Turning the switch off opens a confirmation before pausing it for all leads.
When you reactivate the Agent, Nexor resumes the runs that were paused by this Agent-level switch. It does not override a manual lead pause, an opt-out, an exhausted follow-up sequence, or another lead-specific stop.
Activation can remain blocked until required quality or meeting setup checks pass. The dashboard names the failed checks so they can be corrected before trying again.
Find leads on the board
Search matches a lead’s name, email address, or phone number. Phone search ignores formatting characters, so a partial sequence of digits can match. The Filters menu can include:- Channels
- Scheduled recontact, with or without a future contact
- Variables, when lead variables are enabled and values are available
- Tags, when this Agent’s leads have tags
- Date range
- Show test, to include test leads
Read columns and cards
The board organizes columns into three phases:
Each column shows its lead count and can load more cards. Open the column menu to hide it; use Hidden Stages to restore one or all hidden columns. This changes only the board layout in the current browser, not the Agent’s stage configuration.
Select a card to open the lead. Cards cannot be dragged between columns. To change a lead’s stage, open the lead and choose the new stage there.
Card signals
A card starts with the lead’s name, most recent activity, contact detail, and channel icons. Depending on the lead, it can also show tags, up to four collected variable values, the assigned team member, and the next scheduled contact or reminder. Pay particular attention to these signals:Manage Agent actions
Open the Agent options menu in the header:Set ownership and lock editing
In Ownership & access, add at least one owner before selecting Lock. You can also associate Teams with the Agent. While the Agent is locked, the dashboard limits selected editing actions to its listed owners; other controls still follow their own role and Agent-type rules. Select Locked from the options menu to open the same dialog and unlock it.The lock restricts selected editing actions in the dashboard. It is not an API permission boundary or a complete lifecycle lock, and it does not change which team member is assigned to a lead or who can take meetings.
Archive and restore an Agent
The menu labels the action Delete, but the operation archives the Agent. If the Agent still has active real leads, the confirmation lists them. Either open a lead and move it to another Agent, or choose an optional discard reason and use the action that discards the listed leads before archiving. Archiving has wider effects than hiding the Agent:- The Agent becomes inactive and paused.
- Its active runs are deactivated and pending follow-up tasks are cancelled.
- Its channel assignments are released.
- The Agent’s history remains saved.
1
Show archived Agents
In the main navigation, open the options beside the Agents list and select Show archived.
2
Open the archived Agent
Select the archived Agent. Its workspace shows an archived notice instead of the live board.
3
Select Unarchive
The Agent returns in a paused and inactive state.
4
Review before activation
Reconnect or reassign the required channels, review its configuration, then activate it. Unarchive does not restore released channels, old runs, or cancelled tasks.
Discard a lead
Discarded is a derived system column, not a stage that can be edited or reordered. It can contain leads discarded by a person and leads whose follow-up cadence has run out. Manually discarding a lead preserves the lead and its history, but ends the current Agent run and cancels its pending follow-up tasks. To discard one lead, open it, change its stage to Discarded, and choose one required reason:- No response from the lead
- The lead explicitly declined
- Invalid or wrong contact details
- Repeated no-shows or cancellations
- Other reason
