Use Meetings to review the appointments booked by your Nexor Agents. Owners and Admins see the account’s meetings. Members see My Calendar, the same page limited to meetings they host.
Meetings appears in the navigation after the account has a booking Agent, for example an Agent with the Book a Meeting goal. A paused booking Agent still makes the page available. If the option is missing, create a booking Agent first.

Open Meetings

Select Meetings in the main navigation. A Member selects My Calendar instead. The page opens as a table. The week and month views are not available in the current dashboard.

Empty state and sample preview

If the account has no booking Agent, Meetings shows Create your first agent and an action to create one. To preview the table without using account meetings, open /meetings?demo=1. This display-only query parameter replaces the visible list with eight fixed sample rows for the current week. The rows are not account data and are not written as meetings. Remove ?demo=1 to return to the normal list.

Find a meeting

Use the status selector to focus the list:
  • All
  • Upcoming
  • Scheduled
  • Confirmed
  • Completed
  • No-show
  • Cancelled
  • Rescheduled
Each option shows the number of matching meetings. Upcoming groups future meetings that are upcoming, scheduled, or confirmed, so its count is derived rather than stored as a separate status. Owners and Admins can also use Filters to choose a member of the Sales team, an Agent, a sort order, and a date range. Under Filter dates by, choose:
  • Meeting date to find meetings that take place in the selected range.
  • Booked that day to find meetings that were created in the selected range.
Members can use Search by name to find a meeting by its lead. They see this search and their own hosted meetings, but not the team and Agent filters.

Read the table

Meetings are grouped by date. Each row shows its time, status, meeting or lead, host, and Agent.
  • Select a row with a lead to open the lead’s details.
  • Select the video icon to open the meeting link.
  • A Booked via Calendly badge identifies meetings created through Calendly.
  • A meeting that is not attached to a lead opens a meeting details panel instead.
From the details panel, you can select Join meeting and mark the result as Completed or No-Show.

Change an upcoming meeting

Owners and Admins can open the row menu for a scheduled meeting.

Reschedule

Select Reschedule, optionally add a reason, choose one of the suggested slots or a custom time, and confirm. Nexor updates the booking through its calendar provider and sends the corresponding reschedule notifications. If no slots appear, check the assigned host’s calendar connection, weekly availability, time off, and the meeting type’s minimum notice and booking window. See Calendars and availability.

Change host

Select Change host, choose an active member assigned to the Agent, and save. Some meetings are created on a host’s personal calendar with that person fixed as the calendar organizer. Nexor cannot move those meetings to another host. If the change is rejected for that reason, keep the original host or cancel and book a new meeting with the intended host.

Cancel

Select Cancel meeting from the row menu and confirm. This is the action that cancels the provider event and runs Nexor’s cancellation flow.
Do not use the status selector to change a meeting to Cancelled as a substitute for Cancel meeting. A status change records the label in Nexor, but does not cancel the calendar event or run the full notification flow.
Members can review and join the meetings they host. Ask an Owner or Admin to reschedule, change the host, or cancel a meeting.

Record the outcome

After a meeting, change its status to Completed or No-Show. You can do this from the status control in the table or from Mark as in the meeting details panel. Rescheduled appears after a meeting’s time has been moved. Use the Reschedule action when the calendar event itself still needs to change.

Configure booking

These guides cover the settings behind the meetings list:

Troubleshooting

Confirm that the account has a booking Agent, for example an Agent with the Book a Meeting goal. Qualification-only and other non-booking Agents do not expose the page.
My Calendar is scoped to meetings where the signed-in Member is the host. Ask an Owner or Admin to check the host assignment on the account-wide Meetings page.
Confirm that you are an Owner or Admin, then check the meeting’s provider and host configuration. For personal-host booking, verify that the host has an active matching calendar connection. A meeting with a fixed personal-calendar organizer cannot be moved to another host.
Open the row menu and use Cancel meeting. The status control alone does not run the provider cancellation flow.
