When the agent reaches out
Think of the agent as a seller with a schedule and a follow-up routine. You decide both.
Contact hours and re-engagement attempts define the agent's rhythm.
All of this is flexible: several windows in one day, a different range per weekday, and per-stage overrides of the follow-up rules. Details in Agent settings.
Channels you can connect
The Channels block of the agent shows each channel with its status: Active or Connect. You do not need all of them. Connect the ones from your worksheet and add more later.
Channels: connect what you use, leave the rest for later.
Connecting a channel does not bypass provider checks. WhatsApp in particular still depends on Meta’s display-name review, business verification, and template approval before production sending. Start those early.
Bring your leads in
Leads enter Nexor in whichever way matches where they live today.
Leads can be added manually, by CSV, from a CRM, or through the API.
Metadata that arrives with a lead can prefill variables, so the agent does not ask for what you already know.
Activate and watch
When channels are connected and leads are in, activate the agent. Then keep two screens open during the first days:- The dashboard, to see contact rates, conversions, and where leads drop in the pipeline.
- The Inbox, to read conversations, step in when a lead needs a person, and take over escalated cases.
