Required:name, plus phone or email.
Optional: tags, metadata, workflow_id.
metadata is a JSON object of custom fields, e.g. {"company":"Stark Industries"}, and workflow_id is the Agent ID.
Steps
- Go to Leads → Import CSV
- Upload your file
- Map columns
- Review and confirm
