Connect your HubSpot account so Nexor’s AI agents can work your contacts end to end: import the contacts or lists you choose, let an agent contact and qualify each one over WhatsApp, calls, email, or SMS, and get every result written back to HubSpot automatically.

What syncs

Requirements

  • A HubSpot account where you can install apps (Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace access permission).
  • Admin access to your Nexor organization.
  • Any contact property you want Nexor to update must already exist in HubSpot. Nexor updates property values — it never creates, renames, or deletes properties.

Connect

1

Open the HubSpot integration

Log in to Nexor and go to Integrations → HubSpot. The connection is linked to your Nexor organization, so start from Nexor — not from HubSpot.
2

Authorize

Click Connect, choose your HubSpot account, review the requested permissions, and click Connect app. You’ll be returned to Nexor with the connection active.
3

Choose what to import

Pick the lists or contacts to import and the agent that will work them. Set a default agent so every imported contact is routed and contacted — contacts without an agent are stored but never worked.
4

Map fields

Map HubSpot properties to Nexor fields — for example Phone → phone, Email → email, First name → name. A lead needs at least a phone or an email.
Nexor connects through OAuth only. You authorize the app from HubSpot’s own screen — there are no keys to create or paste, and you can review the exact permissions before granting them.

Permissions Nexor requests

Nexor asks only for the permissions its features use:

Writing results back to HubSpot

Once an agent is working HubSpot leads, you choose exactly which contact properties Nexor keeps updated. In the agent’s settings, next to Variables, open the mapping panel and pair each Nexor variable with an existing HubSpot contact property. Beyond captured variables, you can also map:
  • Qualification status — the lead’s funnel status, translated to the values of any picklist property you choose.
  • Conversation summary — a recap of the agent’s conversations, written to a text property.
  • Last contact date — when the agent last interacted with the lead.
Updates are near real-time: properties refresh as the agent captures data and whenever the lead’s status changes. Properties are matched by the HubSpot contact ID, so there are no duplicate contacts.

Disconnect

  • From Nexor: go to Integrations → HubSpot and click Disconnect. Syncing stops immediately in both directions.
  • From HubSpot: go to Settings → Integrations → Connected apps, find Nexor, and click Uninstall.
Disconnecting removes the integration’s configuration in Nexor, including list routing and property mappings. Your HubSpot data is never modified or deleted — leads already in Nexor stay in Nexor.

Troubleshooting

HubSpot developer and some test accounts can’t install apps. Connect from your production HubSpot account with a user that has app-install permissions.
The contacts have no agent assigned. Set a default agent in the integration settings (or route each list to an agent), then re-import or assign the leads to an agent.
The property must already exist in HubSpot with the exact internal name you mapped. For picklist properties, every Nexor value must be mapped to one of the property’s options — unmapped values are skipped to protect the rest of the update.
A lead needs at least a phone number or an email. Contacts with neither are skipped during import.

Data and privacy

Nexor stores the HubSpot contact ID and the fields you map (typically name, phone, and email) for the contacts you import. Nothing else is read from your account, and Nexor never deletes HubSpot data. To request deletion of synced data, contact hola@getnexor.ai.
