Select a lead from Leads, My Leads, or an Agent’s Pipeline to open its record. On desktop, Info and Chat appear side by side. On a smaller screen, use the Info and Chat tabs to switch between them. Calls, activity, and tool events appear inside the unified Chat timeline when available. They are not separate tabs.

Review Info

The Info side can include:
  • Source, Group, assigned Agent, and current stage
  • Email, phone, company, job title, and assigned team member
  • Tags and variables collected by the Agent
  • Meetings, outcomes, conversation insights, documents, and metadata when available
  • Tasks and assignment history
Select Show all in Lead details to reveal additional fields. Owners and Admins can use the edit control beside supported contact fields, add or remove tags, and change the assigned team member. An Agent can be assigned from Info when the lead does not have one. After an Agent is assigned, its name links to the Agent settings instead of acting as a reassignment control.

Review tasks

The Tasks section separates upcoming contact from past attempts. A task can show its channel, scheduled or execution time, outcome, retry count, channel fallback, and the reason it was scheduled or could not complete. Select View details when it appears to open the task timeline. The standard lead view does not provide a task-delete action.

Change the stage or discard the lead

Owners and Admins can select the current stage in Info and move the lead to another stage for its Agent. Choosing Discarded is different from deleting the lead. Nexor asks for one of these reasons and accepts an optional note:
  • No response from the lead
  • The lead explicitly declined
  • Invalid or wrong contact details
  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations
  • Other reason
Discarding stops the Agent for that lead, cancels its pending contact work, and keeps the lead and its history. Moving a discarded lead to a regular, non-completed stage can reactivate its contact automation. Moving it to a completed stage does not restart contact.

Pause automation for one lead

Use the automation switch at the bottom of Info to pause or resume the Agent for this lead. Pausing it cancels pending automated contact for that lead. It does not pause the Agent for other leads. If the whole Agent is paused, the per-lead switch is locked until the Agent is active again.

Delete a lead

Owners and Admins see Delete at the bottom of Info. In the current dashboard, this action archives the record instead of permanently erasing it. Nexor removes the lead from standard views, stops its active Agent automation, and cancels pending contact work while preserving the record and its history.
Owners and Admins do not have a self-service Restore action in the standard lead view. Confirm the lead before selecting Delete.

Read the unified timeline

Chat combines channel messages with relevant system events. Depending on the lead’s history, it can show calls, emails, transfers between Agents, Agent starts, assignment and stage changes, conversions, meetings, reminders, Human Assistance, and upcoming contact. Owners and Admins can use Debug mode: agent reasoning and tools to inspect that activity inline. Eligible AI-authored messages also show Ask Nexor AI why. The current lead timeline does not show thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback controls.

Contact the lead

The composer starts on the channel of the latest inbound message. If there is no inbound message, it uses the latest supported message channel. That initial channel can still be unavailable for sending. Open the channel selector to see the other options and the reason an unavailable channel cannot be used. For WhatsApp, ordinary text and media require an open 24-hour conversation window. When that window is closed, a WhatsApp template becomes the primary send action. SMS and iMessage do not accept attachments in this composer. The send menu also provides Schedule where supported. Scheduling does not bypass channel requirements.
The composer is disabled when the lead is marked Do not contact. A WhatsApp opt-out or unreachable WhatsApp number disables WhatsApp without proving that another configured channel is unavailable.
For WhatsApp, calls, SMS, or iMessage, assign an Agent from Info before trying to contact the lead. A manual email can be sent without an Agent, but Draft with AI requires one. Nexor reports a send failure instead of treating it as delivered.

Member limits

A Member can open an allowed lead and use its conversation, but the lead-management controls in Info are hidden or read-only. See Members, roles, and access for the access rules.
