GET
List agent files
These are the files your agents send to leads, such as a brochure, a price list, or a photo. In the app they appear in Files to send, in each agent’s right pane. See Knowledge base, files and product catalogs. In the API an agent is a master_workflow and a task is a workflow. Availability is saved per task, so workflow_id is a task ID.

How agent files work

Check one task

Add workflow_id to get enabled for that task: true when the task can send the file, false when the file was removed from it. Without workflow_id, enabled is null.

Before you start

  • MCP keys need workflows:read to read and workflows:write to make changes. Full-access API keys need nothing else.
  • To stop some tasks from sending a file without deleting it, use Set availability.
  • Errors return error and a readable message. Map them to your own copy.
