Find the main areas
The top workspace switcher opens either Summary or Chat. The main navigation and footer then lead to the rest of the product.
The footer contains Learning, Integrations, Developers, and Settings. Some accounts also show Errors when that feature is enabled for an Owner or Admin.
Organize the Agent list
The Agents section is more than a list of links:- A status dot distinguishes running, paused, and inactive Agents.
- Archived Agents stay hidden until you enable Show archived.
- Groups can contain several Agents. When inbound routing is enabled for a group, its row shows an On or Off state.
- A WhatsApp issue badge points to an Agent whose connection needs attention.
- The Agent row menu contains Rename and Assign to group.
Pin and Unpin live in Choose visible agents, not in the Agent row menu.
Jump with the command palette
Press Command + K on macOS or Control + K on Windows and Linux. The command palette searches the pages available to your role and, for standard workspace operators, matching Agents. Use it to reach pages that are not permanent sidebar items, including Conversions and Tags. Search results respect role and feature restrictions. Lead search is not part of the command palette today.Use the account menu
Open the avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to access:
Some roles receive a smaller account menu because they do not have access to workspace-level settings.
Navigation for Members
A Member who works assigned leads sees a reduced route set:- Inbox
- My Calendar, when the workspace has an appointment-booking Agent
- My Leads
- All Leads, only when that workspace feature is enabled
On smaller screens
You can collapse the desktop sidebar to leave more space for the current page. On a narrow screen, the same navigation opens as a drawer. Closing or collapsing the sidebar does not change your selected workspace or Agent.Next
