The Nexor Assistant is the chat in the right-hand panel of the app (it greets you with “How can I help?”). It follows you across every screen and helps you build, edit, and debug your agents in plain language — no forms to hunt through. You talk to it; your leads never do.

Where you’ll find it

The assistant is docked on the right of almost every screen — the dashboard, an agent’s settings, the leads list, a lead’s page. Open or collapse it any time from the panel header. It is not available on two screens that have their own dedicated tools:
Not the assistantWhat it is instead
Create-agent wizardA separate guided flow for building a brand-new agent from scratch.
PlaygroundA simulator where you test conversations as if you were a lead. See Playground.
Only you (the operator) talk to the assistant. It never messages your leads — that’s your agent’s job.

What it can do

Edit your agent

Change any setting in plain language and confirm it from a before/after card.

Debug a lead

Attach a lead and ask why your agent behaved the way it did — then fix it.

Chat history

Reopen any of your past conversations, or start a new one.

Ask about your data

Get live metrics and counts: leads, follow-ups, conversion, pipeline.
Beyond those, the assistant can read your agent’s setup on request — its catalog/offers, its knowledge base, and your business context — so you can ask “what’s in my catalog?” or “what does the agent know?” without attaching a lead.

Ask about your data

The assistant answers questions about your numbers in real time — no report builder needed. For example:
  • “How many leads do I have, and how many are still uncontacted?”
  • “Which leads need follow-up right now?”
  • “How is my conversion, and where are leads dropping in the pipeline?”

Quick suggestions

When a chat is empty, the assistant shows a few one-tap prompts to get you started — things like How many uncontacted leads do I have?, What can I improve in my agent?, and How is my conversion?. They adapt to context: open a lead and you’ll see debugging prompts instead.
