# Obtener Historial del Lead

> Returns the full conversation and activity history for a lead in chronological order. Mirrors the CRM chat feed: merges WhatsApp messages (with media, reactions, and template buttons), call transcripts (connected and missed, deduped by provider call id), emails (inbound + outbound, matched by lead_id or email address), calendar meetings (emitted as two items: `booked` at creation time and `completed`/`no_show` at the meeting time), conversion events, and system activities. Use the `channel` query parameter to filter; valid values are `call`, `whatsapp`, `email`, and `system` (covers meetings, conversions, and activities).
