# Product news in the app (What's new window)

> The What's new window that opens in the Nexor app shows the latest product news once per browser and workspace. Read more opens the full article; closing it does not bring it back in that browser. It cannot be turned off or reopened; older news is at getnexor.ai/news.

The **What's new** window that can open when you use the Nexor app.

## The short answer

| What is the window that opened in the app? | **What's new**: the latest Nexor product news, with an image, a title and a short summary. |
| When does it open? | When Nexor publishes new product news that you have not seen yet. It opens when you load the app, or within a few minutes if you are already using it. |
| Does it open every time I log in? | No. Once you close it, it does not open again for that news in this browser and workspace. In the same place, it opens again only when newer news is published. |
| How do I read the full article? | Click **Read more** at the end of the summary. The article opens on getnexor.ai/news in a new tab, in your language, and the window stays open. |
| How do I close it? | The **X** in the top-right corner, the **Escape** key, or a click outside the window. |
| Can I open it again? | No. Read the news at [getnexor.ai/news](https://www.getnexor.ai/news). |
| I missed several pieces of news. Do I see all of them? | No. The window shows only the latest one. The others are at [getnexor.ai/news](https://www.getnexor.ai/news). |
| Can I turn it off? | No. It shows each piece of news once per browser and workspace, and only when Nexor publishes something new. |
| Why did it open again? | It remembers what you saw per browser and per workspace. It opens again in another browser or device, in a private window, after clearing the browser's data, or in another workspace. |
| Who sees it? | Everyone on the team, whatever their role. |
| Is every piece of news shown in the app? | No. Only the news Nexor chooses to show in the app. Everything published is at [getnexor.ai/news](https://www.getnexor.ai/news). |
| Where are the detailed product changes? | In the [changelog](https://docs.getnexor.ai/docs/en/changelog.md), updated every week. |
