Then mention @NexorGPT to ask questions or talk to your agents. Connect Slack to get Nexor alerts in your team's channels and to ask **NexorGPT** (Nexor AI in Slack) and your agents about leads, agents and results. Last verified: 2026-10-19 ## Set up Slack **1. Select Add to Slack** On the Slack page, select **Add to Slack**. Allow NexorGPT in Slack** Choose your Slack workspace and select **Allow**. After the admin approves NexorGPT, select **Add to Slack** again. **4. For a private channel, invite NexorGPT first** In Slack, open the private channel, type `/invite @NexorGPT` and press Enter. A public channel does not need this: NexorGPT joins it by itself. If the channel is private, do this in Slack before you choose it in Nexor. Connect a channel** Back in Nexor, select **Connect a channel** on the Slack page. See [Notification settings](/docs/en/guides/account/notifications.md#slack-alerts). * Alerts are posted from 9:00 to 21:00 in the account's time zone (**Tool server error** is posted at any hour). * To ask about an alert, reply in its thread and mention **@NexorGPT**. ## Use NexorGPT and your agents * To start, mention **@NexorGPT** in a connected channel, for example `@NexorGPT how many leads came in this week?` It answers in a thread. * To talk to an agent, include its name anywhere in your message, with no comma or set order needed, for example `@NexorGPT have Sofía check this`. The agent must be added to the channel. * If you don't name anyone, the channel's default agent answers, or NexorGPT if the channel has none. * In a thread where NexorGPT or an agent already answered, anyone on your team can keep going without mentioning @NexorGPT. Guests and people from other companies cannot ask. * NexorGPT stays quiet when people talk to each other. Without the mention, nothing is changed until the person NexorGPT asked confirms it. ## FAQ | Question | Answer | | - | - | | Slack says "App is not approved by Slack". Is that a problem? | No. It is expected. Select **Allow** to continue. If your Slack requires approval for new apps, a Slack admin approves NexorGPT, then you select **Add to Slack** again. | | Why is my private channel not in the list? | NexorGPT only sees private channels it was invited to. Type `/invite @NexorGPT` in the channel, then open the list again. | | Who can connect Slack? | Owners, Admins and Partners of the Nexor account. Members can see the Slack page but cannot change it. | | Why did alerts stop arriving? | NexorGPT was removed from a private channel, or the channel was archived or deleted. Nexor shows a warning on that channel. Invite NexorGPT back with `/invite @NexorGPT`, or choose another channel. | | Why does a channel say **Paused**? | The admin who connected it is no longer an Owner, Admin or Partner. Until someone with that role selects **Re-save** on the channel, NexorGPT only replies that it is paused, and its alerts are not posted. | | What happens if I disconnect? | NexorGPT and your agents stop answering, and alerts to that channel or workspace turn **Off**. Nothing is deleted in Slack.
