# Navigate Nexor

> Find the main workspace areas, organize the Agent list, use the command palette, and understand role-specific navigation.

Nexor adapts its navigation to your role, the Agents in the workspace, and the features that are ready to use. This guide maps the standard customer workspace and calls out the items that appear only when their prerequisites are met.

## Find the main areas

The top workspace switcher opens either **Summary** or **Chat**. The main navigation and footer then lead to the rest of the product.

| Area | What you use it for | When it appears |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Summary** | Review results, activity, insights, and setup warnings. | After onboarding, the home route shows the data dashboard. Before that, it shows the setup home. |
| **Chat** | Work with Nexor AI to create or edit Agents and investigate account data. | Standard Owner and Admin workspace. |
| **Inbox** | Handle conversations that need a person. | Standard customer workspace. |
| **Leads** | Search, filter, inspect, and manage lead records. | Standard Owner and Admin workspace. |
| **Meetings** | Review bookings and configure your own calendar availability. | Only when the workspace has an appointment-booking Agent. |
| **Brain** | Manage the knowledge and catalogs assigned to Agents. | Standard Owner and Admin workspace. |
| **Agents** | Open an Agent's pipeline, settings, or Playground. | When the workspace has Agents. |

The footer contains **Learning**, **Integrations**, **Developers**, and **Settings**. Some accounts also show **Errors** when that feature is enabled for an Owner or Admin.

## Organize the Agent list

The **Agents** section is more than a list of links:

* A status dot distinguishes running, paused, and inactive Agents.
* Archived Agents stay hidden until you enable **Show archived**.
* Groups can contain several Agents. When inbound routing is enabled for a group, its row shows an **On** or **Off** state.
* A WhatsApp issue badge points to an Agent whose connection needs attention.
* The Agent row menu contains **Rename** and **Assign to group**.

Use **Choose visible agents** to decide which Agents remain pinned in the sidebar. Pinning does not activate, pause, archive, or change the Agent. It only changes your own navigation list.

<Note>
  **Pin** and **Unpin** live in **Choose visible agents**, not in the Agent row menu.
</Note>

## Jump with the command palette

Press **Command + K** on macOS or **Control + K** on Windows and Linux. The command palette searches the pages available to your role and, for standard workspace operators, matching Agents.

Use it to reach pages that are not permanent sidebar items, including **Conversions** and **Tags**. Search results respect role and feature restrictions. Lead search is not part of the command palette today.

## Use the account menu

Open the avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to access:

| Action                          | Result                                                                              |
| ------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Profile** | Opens your personal name, job title, phone, bio, language, and appearance settings. |
| **Settings**                    | Opens workspace settings.                                                           |
| **API key**                     | Opens REST API-key management.                                                      |
| **Integrations** | Opens the integration catalog. |
| **Language** | Switches the dashboard between English and Spanish. |
| **Dark mode** or **Light mode** | Changes the current appearance. Use Profile to select the System option. |
| **Docs** | Opens this documentation site in a new tab. |
| **Log out** | Ends the current session. |

Some roles receive a smaller account menu because they do not have access to workspace-level settings.

## Navigation for Members

A Member who works assigned leads sees a reduced route set:

* **Inbox**
* **My Calendar**, when the workspace has an appointment-booking Agent
* **My Leads**
* **All Leads**, only when that workspace feature is enabled

Members do not receive the general Brain, Learning, Integrations, Developers, or Settings navigation. See [Members, roles, and access](/docs/en/guides/account/members-and-roles) for the full access map.

## On smaller screens

You can collapse the desktop sidebar to leave more space for the current page. On a narrow screen, the same navigation opens as a drawer. Closing or collapsing the sidebar does not change your selected workspace or Agent.
