  ### Create agents with NexorGPT

From the standard **Create agent** buttons, teams can choose between NexorGPT
and the manual flow. NexorGPT collects the brief in chat, creates the agent,
and keeps the same conversation open for further adjustments; Instagram and
Messenger automations keep the manual flow.

  ### Custom goals in Settings

Under `Settings → Goal`, an agent can use a custom objective written by the
team. The objective becomes part of its instructions for processes that do not
  fit the predefined goals.

  ### Test an agent in WhatsApp

Before connecting a dedicated number, eligible accounts can open **Test my
agent**, scan a QR code, and talk to the agent from WhatsApp. The test session
stays isolated and does not contact real leads.

  ### French for agents

`fr-FR` is now available as an agent language. Text channels and conversation
  rules use French, the Paris time zone, and the corresponding regional format;
calls require a compatible French voice and the Nexor interface keeps its
  selected language.

  ### Clone voices from a recording

For agents with the phone channel, the voice selector can create a private
voice from uploaded audio samples. Processing continues in the background, the
resulting voice is available only within the same account, and each account
can keep up to 10 cloned voices.

  ### More control over calls

In the phone channel, teams can choose who speaks first and how the agent
behaves when it detects voicemail. If a Playground call does not connect, the
chat shows the outcome and offers a retry.

  ### Human escalations with automatic routing

Escalations are available across WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Messenger, email,
web chat, and calls; for voice, the handoff continues through a compatible text
channel. Configure the responsible team in Pipeline and Nexor distributes cases
across its members with round-robin assignment.

  ### More operational context in Inbox

For Coexistence conversations and escalated cases, Inbox includes Resolved and
Discarded tabs with the person who closed each case. The Details and NexorGPT
rail can now collapse and adapts to smaller screens.

  ### Send SMS manually from a conversation

For compatible United States or Canada SMS configurations with the required
consent recorded, a person can send messages from the lead conversation.
Delivery errors appear next to the message so the team can see what happened.

  ### Custom email signatures

Agents with email can use a signature with text, links, and images. The
signature is added to agent-generated emails, replies, manual sends, and
  Playground tests.

  ### An exact template for the first email

Agents with email can define the exact subject and body of the first message,
including lead variables. Replies and later emails continue to be written by
  the agent.

  ### Multiple Google Sheets tabs per agent

A Google Sheets connection can use multiple tabs with the same agent. Each tab
keeps its own connection, and editing one no longer changes another connected
  tab by mistake.

  ### Catalogs ready to use and kept current

After creating a manual, Shopify, or API catalog, teams can choose the agents
that will use it. For API catalogs, sync runs in the background, reads paginated
sources, and shows the last successful sync. Removed products become inactive
only when the source response is complete; Nexor preserves current items after
  an incomplete response.

  ### Team notes the agent can use

A note marked **Visible to AI** becomes part of the lead context across text,
email, WhatsApp, social channels, web chat, SMS, and calls. Notes can be edited,
deleted, or made private again from the lead detail.

  ### Attribution in the lead detail

When a lead includes campaign data, the lead detail shows UTMs, click IDs,
platform, and source in a dedicated section. Opening it from Pipeline uses the
correct agent activity, even when the lead is active in more than one agent.

  ### More flexible Pipeline stages

The **Escalated to executive** stage is now optional, and an agent's goal stage
can be marked or unmarked as final. When NexorGPT deletes a stage that contains
leads, it first asks where those leads should move.

  ### Clearer contact settings

Contact hours, recontact attempts, and meeting settings now separate presets,
general configuration, and per-stage exceptions. If a cadence includes
WhatsApp but the agent has no assigned number, Settings warns that those
  attempts will be skipped.

  ### Filter meetings by agent

The Meetings page now includes an agent filter in addition to the host filter.
Results and counters update together with date, status, and search filters.

  ### Faster file organization

File Library supports uploading multiple files at once and renaming them after
upload. Knowledge Base documents can also be renamed without uploading them
  again.

  ### Billing from the sidebar

Billing now has its own entry in the sidebar. Period usage, payment method,
invoice history, and the next charge when applicable are together under
  `/billing`.

  ### Real progress while training an agent

Agent training shows how many files have been analyzed and how many proposals
have been generated. The flow also accepts Markdown files and shows a clear
  error if processing stops responding.

  ### Play audio at 1x, 1.5x, or 2x

WhatsApp voice notes and call recordings can be played at `1x`, `1.5x`, or
  `2x` from the lead detail.

  ### Connect HubSpot with OAuth

New HubSpot connections use the official OAuth flow from Nexor. Existing
private app token connections continue to work.

  ### Rebuilt self-serve onboarding

For new accounts, onboarding saves progress, validates required steps, and
prepares the agent configuration while the flow is completed. At the end, it
opens the created agent and provides a direct path to test it in Playground.

  ### NexorGPT corrections stay recorded

For admins reviewing agent messages, corrections applied from `?` stay linked
to the lead. Previous findings can be marked resolved or dismissed so they do
  not return in later analyses.

  ### Undo prompt changes in NexorGPT

For prompt changes applied from NexorGPT, the confirmation card can undo the
modification. If later edits exist, teams can revert only the original change
or restore the complete earlier version.

  ### More lead control through the API

For Developers, the public API can set `assigned_to` while creating leads,
patch metadata in bulk, create and list notes, and configure `goal_statement`
for agents with a custom goal. The bulk update remains account-scoped and
reports unmatched values and any records it could not process.

  ### Secrets and effects for automations

For Developers, HTTP tool configurations can reference sensitive values as
`{{env.KEY}}` and resolve them on each run. Event Cloud Functions can assign
leads, change stages, add tags, enroll leads into agents, and replace existing
  environment variables through `ctx.effects`.

  ### Inbox for Coexistence and escalated cases

Inbox brings together conversations from WhatsApp Coexistence numbers and
cases where the agent escalated to an executive. The team can take ownership,
reply, and close the case from one place.

  ### Automatic lead assignment

Choose the members responsible for each Pipeline stage. When a lead enters
that stage, Nexor assigns it automatically across the selected team instead
  of leaving the lead unassigned.

  ### NexorGPT now has its own page

NexorGPT moved into the main navigation instead of taking space across the
rest of the product. The full-page chat keeps its context and actions while
leaving more room for day-to-day work.

  ### WhatsApp is managed from Nexor

Change a number's display name and profile photo, check its health, and
reconnect it from Nexor without depending on the provider's dashboard.

  ### Safer WhatsApp warm-up

Nexor spreads contacts throughout the day, follows each number's Meta limit,
and stops when it detects blocking signals. The dashboard shows the current
  limit, usage, and remaining capacity.

  ### WhatsApp templates ready from day one

For clients with one agent, connecting WhatsApp creates a starter set of
greeting, follow-up, and appointment templates. When delivery is blocked,
Nexor links the alert to the affected number and makes the next step clear.

  ### Email DNS is easier to understand

Existing domains can be recovered from Nexor, with DKIM and Reply-To records,
per-record progress, and clearer explanations when verification fails.

  ### SMS only where it is supported

SMS setup now appears only for clients in the United States and Canada.
Calls remain available in other countries, and existing intentional SMS
  setups keep working.

  ### Zoho CRM is live

Connect Zoho, map the CRM flow, and keep lead and attribution data moving
  between Zoho and Nexor.

  ### Instagram story replies can trigger a DM

Create an automation with a keyword and an assigned agent. When someone
replies to a story with that keyword, Nexor starts the DM automatically.

  ### Make web chat match your brand

Configure the widget's colors and appearance from Nexor, preview the result,
and copy the installation snippet from the same setup flow.

  ### Sell from your Shopify catalog

Sync Shopify products into Nexor so agents can search the catalog, build carts,
share checkout links, and use current product information in conversations.

  ### Run custom logic with Cloud Functions

Create and test isolated server-side functions for integrations and agent
tools without hosting a separate service.

  ### One catalog for reusable tools

Create, update, and delete tools in a client-level catalog, then assign the
same definition to multiple agents. Assigned copies stay synchronized when
  the catalog tool changes.

Use the new `/client-tools` REST endpoints or the equivalent MCP tools.

  ### Reporting from your API or AI client

New reporting endpoints and MCP tools cover funnels, field distributions,
call statistics, and individual lead reports.

  ### Clearer and safer failures

Rate limits now return an actionable `RATE_LIMITED` error. Backend failures
return a consistent sanitized message and never expose the raw upstream body.

  ### Connect Instagram and Messenger

Complete Meta authentication from Nexor and manage direct-message channels
alongside WhatsApp, email, SMS, calls, and web chat.

  ### Reuse media across agents

Upload approved images and documents once in the File Library, then select
them from agent settings instead of re-uploading the same files.

  ### Launch web chat with a guided setup

Choose the agent, configure the channel, and copy the embed snippet from a
  single tabbed flow.

  ### Connect Calendly event types

Connect or re-sync Calendly, select the event type each agent should use, and
keep custom scheduling links available as a fallback.

  ### Configure workflows with less friction

Meeting types, reminders, variables, channels, and scheduling options now
live in a more consistent settings experience.

  ### Move leads between pipeline stages

Drag a lead card to another status column to update the workflow stage while
preserving status history and activity tracking.

  ### See WhatsApp media in the conversation

Images and files received through WhatsApp appear in the lead conversation,
so operators no longer need to leave Nexor to understand the message.

  ### Map Google Sheets data clearly

Map name, phone, email, and client-specific fields when connecting a sheet,
using the same labels your team sees in Nexor.

  ### Give teams clear workflow ownership

Add owners and teams to workflows, and lock sensitive workflows so only the
  listed owners can edit them.

  ### Connect Outlook Calendar

Use Outlook as the active scheduling calendar, with clear connect, reconnect,
  and provider-switching states.

  ### Revisit and debug agent tests

Open previous Playground sessions and inspect the underlying trace to
understand how an agent reached a response.

  ### Step into a conversation

Pause the AI when a lead needs human attention, let an operator take over, and
return control to the agent when the conversation is ready.

  ### Edit knowledge without rebuilding documents

Preview Markdown sources and make inline corrections from the document view
instead of deleting and uploading the source again.

  ### Organize leads and workflows

Assign leads more deliberately, group related workflows, and expose pause and
resume actions directly from the lead detail.

  ### Follow a guided setup

The onboarding checklist keeps the next important configuration step visible
and links directly to the place where it can be completed.

  ### Understand performance at a glance

The redesigned dashboard surfaces conversions, highlights, insights, and
workflow-level performance in a clearer layout.

  ### Configure Kommo and SMS yourself

Connect Kommo, choose pipeline mappings, and enable SMS from workflow channel
settings without waiting for a manual setup.

  ### Separate the lead list from the pipeline

Use a focused table for all leads and a workflow-specific kanban for pipeline
execution, with stable client and workflow switching.

  ### Import leads and knowledge in bulk

Upload a CSV with guided field mapping and duplicate handling, and add
documents to the Knowledge Base from the refreshed workspace.

  ### Send through one Messages API

`POST /messages` supports WhatsApp text and templates, email, and AI calls.
Background jobs can also run recurring or deferred agent work.
