# List routing rules

> List the rules the inbound router checks, in priority order, before the AI picks a task.

Rules are checked in `position` order, before the AI. The first active rule whose conditions all match sends the conversation to its `target_workflow_id`. Rules with `is_active: false` stay saved but are skipped.
