# List routing decisions

> See the latest inbound routing decisions of an agent: the step that decided, the task chosen, and any later correction.

Decisions come newest first. `limit` goes from 1 to 200 and defaults to 20.

| Field | Read it as |
| - | - |
| `layer` | The step that decided. See [How the router picks a task](/docs/en/api/inbound-router/get-inbound-router#how-the-router-picks-a-task). |
| `outcome` | What happened next, for example `enrolled` (the lead started in the task) or `clarifying` (waiting for the lead's answer). |
| `applied` | Whether the decision took effect. |
| `mode` | `live` decisions can take effect. `shadow` decisions are only recorded. |
| `correction` | Present when someone on the team, or a later transfer, moved the lead to another task. |
