# Run crm account import

> Account-wide operation, including tasks that inherit defaults and future tasks. Use only in explicit account context. First inspect get_crm_account_configuration and explain all affected_workflows. Writes require their exact IDs, the revision, and explicit confirm=true. Locked tasks or changed configuration reject the whole action. Never drop an affected task to bypass authorization. Queue a saved GHL dry_run/backfill Kommo run_now or Odoo inbound with the reviewed configuration pinned. GHL dry_run reads only; backfill imports historical contacts without assigning tasks or starting outreach. Kommo run_now scans all enabled routes, may import existing/new cards, move them, and trigger outreach. Odoo inbound uses its existing runtime gates, may enroll/contact leads, and cannot execute outbound sync. Explain those effects and get consent. queued/job_id is not completion. The worker rejects configuration drift. Inspect diagnostics or GHL import history afterward; do not retry an uncertain request blindly.
