# Resolve odoo sync conflict

> Account-wide operation, including tasks that inherit defaults and future tasks. Use only in explicit account context. First inspect get_crm_account_configuration and explain all affected_workflows. Writes require their exact IDs, the revision, and explicit confirm=true. Locked tasks or changed configuration reject the whole action. Never drop an affected task to bypass authorization. Resolve one persisted Odoo conflict with its current candidate_fingerprint. select_opportunity requires an exact opportunity_id offered by that conflict; ignore only when allowed_actions permits it. This records a decision, not an executed sync. A changed candidate, already different decision or unavailable binding rejects the operation.
