# Change zoho account defaults

> Account-wide operation, including tasks that inherit defaults and future tasks. Use only in explicit account context. First inspect get_crm_account_configuration and explain all affected_workflows. Writes require their exact IDs, the revision, and explicit confirm=true. Locked tasks or changed configuration reject the whole action. Never drop an affected task to bypass authorization. Replace Zoho defaults for metadata fields, collected Variables and statuses; preserve every per-task override. outbound_enabled controls account output. Resolve exact Zoho fields/options with list_agent_zoho_fields; agent_fields uses collected Variable keys, field_map uses metadata keys. Changes apply to future sync, without historical replay.
