# Change odoo account inputs

> Account-wide operation, including tasks that inherit defaults and future tasks. Use only in explicit account context. First inspect get_crm_account_configuration and explain all affected_workflows. Writes require their exact IDs, the revision, and explicit confirm=true. Locked tasks or changed configuration reject the whole action. Never drop an affected task to bypass authorization. Preview, configure or pause shared Odoo intake. preview reads records and stores its fingerprint without importing; configure requires that same fresh successful preview and consent; pause needs no provider read. Always preserves task field overrides and output configuration. Legacy connections accept only enabled, cutover_at and routes with team_id/stage_id/workflow_id. For current connections, fields, lifecycle, limits and account ignore/observe rules are supported. An unavailable engine remains blocked. Saving is not an executed import.
